Girl Step Up Foundation delivers structured, research informed programming designed to increase academic readiness, leadership capacity, and long term economic opportunity for young women in Leavenworth County, and Wyandotte County, Kansas. Our services address critical gaps in mentorship, resource access, and professional development for first generation and underserved youth. All programs are provided at no cost to participants.

Helping Girls Build Confidence, Voice, and Direction. Our leadership curriculum prepares participants to become confident, capable young leaders equipped to navigate personal, academic, and career challenges. Core Components:
